The information gap we address
Buying property in Croatia involves a chain of professionals: estate agents, notaries, bank representatives, tax officials. Each one is focused on their own part of the transaction. None of them has an obligation to give you a complete picture of all costs involved.
Estate agents disclose their commission when required by law. Notaries provide their fee schedule when asked. Banks explain their valuation requirements. But nobody assembles all of this into a single, coherent overview that a buyer can consult before negotiations even begin.
That gap is what this portal fills. We are not part of the transaction. We have no financial relationship with any party involved in property sales. Our only purpose is to document and publish the cost information that buyers need.
